Hope & Purpose Ministries was inspired by the teachings of  Dr. John Stanko, whose work on discovering and living out one’s God-given purpose has impacted many believers around the world. Through his writings and training, we were encouraged to help others understand that every person is created with unique gifts and a divine assignment. Dr. Stanko leads PurposeQuest International, a global ministry dedicated to helping individuals and organizations discover, develop, and fulfill their purpose. Inspired by this vision, Hope & Purpose Ministries seeks to encourage people to grow in faith, renew their minds, and walk confidently in the purpose God has placed within them.

The Mandate: Our "Why" (Luke 4:18)

Jesus declared His mission was to set the oppressed free. We believe that true freedom is found when a person is no longer held back by their past, but is propelled forward into their purpose.  "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor... to set the oppressed free." — Luke 4:18

For many believers especially young people, this is not a casual question but an earnest prayer of the heart. LIVING IN DIVINE PURPOSE

As we step into the year 2026, one of the most important priorities for every believer is this: to live in God’s divine purpose. More than setting goals, making resolutions, or pursuing success, we must ask the Lord to help us discern what is purposeful versus what is merely distractive.
